The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has recently announced the designation of Ukraine for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months. This means that Ukrainian nationals who have been in the United States on March 1, 2022, may continue to remain in the US without fear of detention or deportation and obtain work and travel permits.   • Current TPS period is 18 months
  • Employment and International travel permitted
