About Michael W. King – Retired

Mr. King joined Stock and Leader in 1977 and, for more than thirty years, focused his practice on the representation of private and public sector employers in state and federal courts, the  U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pa. Human Relations Commission, the Pa. Labor Relations Board, and in both private and public sector arbitration. He had extensive experience with respect to labor and employment law compliance, litigation, and the avoidance of liability.  He also served the firm as its Managing Partner for twelve years, from 1999 through 2010.  He regularly presented seminars for human resource professionals as well as small business owners devoted to handling day-to-day personnel matters designed to reduce the risks of legal action against employers.
