About Kristen R. McGuire

Attorney McGuire is a Partner in the firm’s Estates Group focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law and fiduciary planning. She provides assistance with the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, general durable powers of attorney, trusts and health care powers of attorney.

Earning a B.A. in Political Science, the Erie native graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2017.

Since 2023, Attorney McGuire has served as the York County Coordinator of the Wills for Heroes initiative, a program designed to provide first responders and veterans with fully executed, witnessed, and notarized wills, living wills, health care, and financial powers of attorney, free of charge. In 2024, the Pennsylvania Bar Association recognized Attorney McGuire for her pro bono work, including the Wills for Heroes initiative.

Kristen currently serves on the Board of Directors for Turning Point Board, the Margaret E. Moul Home, and the York County Bar Association.
