Mr. McGinnis was of-counsel to the firm and practiced in the areas of real estate and estates litigation, eminent domain, and estate planning and administration. He is a past president of the York County Bar Association.  Attorney McGinnis was inducted into the inaugural 2012 York County Community Foundation Professional Advisor Recognition Society for his efforts in promoting charitable giving through endowment with the Community Foundation.
