About Craig W. Bremer – Retired

Mr. Bremer provided counsel to financial and business clients in the York area for over thirty years. Mr. Bremer represented business and financial institutions in entity formations, acquisitions, commercial finance, reorganizations, and dissolution matters. He also handled commercial real estate, leasing, and finance, and assisted the firm’s Municipal Group in cable franchising and regulatory matters. Mr. Bremer was admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and York County Bar Associations.
