When Decisions Matter.

Twice as Nice! Hershner Named to Central Penn Business Journal Power 100 List for the Second Consecutive Year

The Central Penn Business Journal introduced the Power 100 List, recognizing individuals who inspire innovation, spark economic growth and make decisions in their positions to shape the communities and influence quality of life. The law firm of Stock and Leader congratulates all honorees, including our Partner, Ronald L. Hershner.

Ron Hershner has been practicing law for 40 years and has been with Stock and Leader for 20. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of business transactions, estate and business planning, and commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and finance. He served as the firm’s managing partner for 10 years, stepping down in 2021 to return to full-time practice. He now serves on the firm’s management committee and as a mentor to his successor. As managing partner, Hershner strove to motivate and inspire his colleagues to achieve their best in serving the firm’s clients and the community.

For fun he enjoys traveling to new places; staying in historic hotels (soon the Yorktowne!); and eating in great restaurants. The pandemic has limited some of that but not Hershner’s enthusiasm for reading, writing, and instructing on topics of American history. He has authored several books on local history and regularly speaks to local groups on history topics. “I am passionate about history, love to write and love to teach,” Hershner said.
