Stock and Leader is pleased to announce the appointment of Attorney Brooke Say as Chair of the firm’s School Law Group.
Brooke assumes the role of former Partner and School Group Chair Attorney Philip Spare, who recently took a position as in-house counsel for Adams 12 Five Star Schools, a public school district in Thornton, Colorado. On behalf of the firm’s attorneys and staff, we wish him the best in his future pursuits.
Attorney Say practices in the areas of education and employment law. In her school practice, she has developed expertise in advising school districts in special education, gifted education, discipline, labor and employment, and civil rights matters.
Over the course of her legal career, Brooke’s intelligence, energy and drive have earned her a spot on the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state for three consecutive years. Additionally, in 2014, she was recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the area’s Forty Under 40 award recipients for her commitment to business growth, professional excellence, and community service in the Central Pennsylvania region.
