Stock and Leader is pleased to announce that Amanda Roesch and Matthew Stellfox have joined the firm. Amanda joins the litigation practice and will support the individual, government, and business practices. She will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice, including sophisticated commercial disputes, orphan’s court litigation, foreclosure actions, and land use appeals. Matthew joins the firm’s business group, where he will be a crucial component of our business team. He will bring breadth to the group’s full-service representation of all types and sizes of businesses, including employment issues, acquisitions and dispositions, business formations, and financing.
Amanda grew up in central Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She was a Law Review editorial board member, a negotiation moot court competition participant, and a legal writing teaching assistant. Amanda interned at First National Bank and various Pittsburgh law firms. Amanda earned her degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Matthew graduated from the Widener Commonwealth Law School, where he was an Internal Moot Court Competition Champion. During law school, Matthew was not only a Legal Research Assistant, but was also awarded two Academic Fellowships with a business law concentration. Matthew served as a legal intern at various Harrisburg area law firms and most recently interned at Immigration Support Services. At Widener University, Matthew triple-majored in Political Science, History, and International Relations.
