Stock and Leader is pleased to announce that Jason R. Sabol, Esquire, has joined the firm. With a keen understanding of governing body regulations and compliance, business privilege tax assessment appeals, and experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters, the depth of Jason’s background in local government will significantly benefit the firm’s expanding municipal practice. The municipal law group at Stock and Leader represents various entities, including cities, boroughs, first and second-class townships, authorities, and regional policing and fire protection entities across Southcentral Pennsylvania.
For almost a decade, Jason served as the Full Time Assistant Solicitor of the City of York, overseeing the City’s legal department and representing the City on various governmental compliance and employment issues. Jason will support the firm’s business practice in assisting with labor and employment matters.
Jason is a former Chair and Board Member of the DreamWrights Center for Community Arts and a graduate of the Leadership York and Mentorship York programs.
Jason graduated from Penn State Law in University Park, where he was a member of the Woolsack Academic Honor Society and President of the American Constitution Society. Jason clerked at the Court of Common Pleas, 24th Judicial District. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Mercyhurst University.
