Say Selected to Give the Time-Honored “Year in Review”

Attorney Brooke E. D. Say presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Exceptional Children’s Conference (ECC) on October 15, 2021. She was selected to give the revered “Year in Review” alongside a parent attorney/colleague.

ECC is the premier event for child attorneys, school district attorneys, hearing officers, and advocates.  The Year in Review recapped topics such as child find, disability discrimination, extracurricular participation, free appropriate public education (FAPE), gifted, first amendment, homebound instruction/GIEP, and independent educational evaluations.

Attorney Say regularly presents for the ECC, Lehigh University’s various Special Education Conferences hosted by Dr. Perry Zirkel, the Pennsylvania School Board Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Workshops. Recently, she has enjoyed speaking across the United States at the Tri-State Law Conference for Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, the Utah Law Conference, and the Northern Plains Law Conference for North and South Dakota and Montana.

Brooke regularly presents for the PA Exceptional Children’s Conference (ECC), Lehigh University’s various Special Education Conferences hosted by Dr. Perry Zirkel, Pennsylvania School Board Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Institute workshops.  More recently, she has enjoyed speaking across the United States, at the Tri-State Law Conference for Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, and at the upcoming Northern Plains Law Conference for North and South Dakota and Montana.
