When the Pennsylvania Bar Institute started searching for an expert to co-author the chapter on the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act for the 9th edition of its Pennsylvania Environmental Law and Practice publication, they knew just who to ask.

As the firm’s go-to adviser on all things environmental, Marty leads the Environment, Energy and Environmental Mediation Group in providing counsel to the firm’s local, regional and national clients. He brings 22 years of litigation and environmental law experience at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection where he was responsible for advising numerous programs, including those that implemented environmental cleanups, sewage planning, water permitting and enforcement, radiation protection, and solid waste. He’s also has extensive litigation experience before the Environmental Hearing Board and state and federal courts, including complex litigation of solid waste, clean water, environmental remediation, and sewage planning cases.
