As a member of the firm’s management committee, Ron helps direct the firm’s strategic growth in serving the businesses and business owners in the region.
He says completing the documentation and closings for the various loans, tax credit investments, capital investments, and contributions supporting the financing and renovation of the Yorktowne Hotel was indisputably the most complex set of transactions in his forty-plus-year career.
