We’ve got a big announcement to make! Not only do we have one new partner, we’ve got two!
Here’s what you need to know about our new partnership pair.
Long before he was a Business Litigation Attorney, Greg spent time working for his family’s small business where he gained a unique insight into the many challenges facing business owners.
Today, he’s using his insider knowledge to protect the interests of business clients by counseling them on a range of issues like HICPA compliance, contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant, and debt collection. But that’s not all. He’s also helping business owners with a wide variety of insurance concerns such as claims resolution and loss assessment, as well as liability, fire, and environmental claims.
Outside the office, the Leadership Hanover grad takes an active role in his community serving as a committee member for Main Street Hanover and a board member for Colonial House Inc.
Starting his career in the classroom, Attorney Pahowka made the switch from middle school social studies teacher to School Law Attorney in 2010. Since then, he’s been advising school administrators on everything from labor and employment to special education to gifted education, student discipline, civil rights, and the Right-to-Know Law.
Not to mention his impressive tax assessment work that, in 2014, took him to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to litigate a case that ended up saving his client several hundred thousand dollars.
When he’s not counseling clients, Gareth makes sure to spend time following his passion of mentoring young people. After serving as a volunteer mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of York and Adams Counties for over 11 years, he currently holds office as the organization’s Board President.
