Bryan K. Tate, the York County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court named Estate Planning Attorney, Mac Brillhart, as the new Solicitor to his office, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
Attorney Brillhart, a partner with Stock and Leader, focuses his practice in all areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and fiduciary litigation. He also regularly appears before the York County Court of Common Pleas in matters relating to involuntary commitments, incapacity hearings, guardianships, name changes, and adoptions.
Attorney Brillhart is the immediate past president of the York County Bar Association and is a member of its Estate Planning and Probate Law Section. His involvement within the community extends to numerous organizations including, Leave a Legacy York County, of which he Chairs the Professional Advisor Committee, the York County Estate Planning Council, the York Rotary Charitable Endowment Fund, and Wills for Heroes.
