The Central Penn Business Journal has recognized Stock and Leader Partner Kate Hynes as a 2022 Forty Under 40 recipient.
Forty Under 40 recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in the Central Pennsylvania area based on professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change. Central Penn Business Journal held a celebration honoring the winners.
At Stock and Leader, Kate is a member of the Business and Real Estate Practice Groups focusing on business transactions, contract negotiations, leases, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, commercial real estate and finance.

“She serves on the Board of Directors of the York Business Improvement District Authority and the United Way of York County. Kate is particularly passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. She is an active United Way of York County DEI Task Force member and now chairs our own DEI committee. In addition, she is spearheading a local program designed to provide minority and other under-represented business owners and entrepreneurs with better access to legal services.”
