The long awaited Eden Road project, a collaborative effort between the York County Industrial Development Authority and Harley Davidson, is finally complete and our very own Attorney Ron Hershner was proud to play a critical role in its success.
“As Solicitor to both YCIDA and RACY I was responsible for several aspects of a complex, multi-party transaction including the Development and Cooperation Agreement with Northpoint, the lease and eventual conveyance of the land to Northpoint, the interim leaseback to Harley Davidson, the ISRP environmental cleanup grant, and resolving matters of title,” Hershner said. “The project resulted in the retention of a prominent manufacturer employer, location of a new business, the creation of new jobs and the increase of tax revenue for taxing bodies.”
