On September 16, School Chair Brooke E.D. Say, Esq. presented at the 2021 Northern Plains Law Conference on Serving Students with Disabilities. This three-day virtual event was designed for special education administrators, state/school district attorneys, state education agency staff, related services staff, and other stakeholders.
Joining nationally known presenters hailing from Texas, Illinois, and Alabama, Attorney Say presented two sessions: Documenting and Utilizing IEP Progress Monitoring: Strategic Use, Revision, and Documentation to Enhance IEP Team Performance and The Complications of Mental Health: Child Find, FAPE, and IEP Implementation. Additional presentations included related services, mental health, discipline, behavior, FAPE, and more.
