Attorney Ruth serves as a solicitor and special counsel to over 10 municipalities and specializes in Tax Assessment Appeals for School Districts. He serves as Solicitor to the REALTORS® Association of York & Adams Counties, an organization comprised of approximately 1,100 REALTOR® and Affiliate members. He is President of Leadership York as well as a member of the York Young Professionals and York County Bar Association.
