Legal Billing Coordinator

We are expanding and looking for an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator in York, PA. Part Time or Full Time. Flexible schedule.


  • Preparation of complex clients’ billing from pre-bills thru final invoices, including editing utilizing CLIO Legal Management software.
  • Prepare invoices and e-bills according to attorney and client billing guidelines.
  • Assist with recording Real Estate Settlement transactions into billing software.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciling monthly bank statements. Investigate and correct variances.
  • Ensure accuracy in General Ledger.


  • One year Legal Billing Experience REQUIRED.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with Quickbooks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant 

Stock and Leader, LLP, an established regional law firm, is growing and recruiting candidates to work as a hybrid legal secretary and administrative assistant in a full-time position. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two years of legal administrative experience and will possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in the use of computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and Microsoft Office is required. Experienced candidates will support the attorneys of the office, marketing department and Director of Administration. Candidates will be expected to organize and prioritize large volumes of information, proofread, create, manage and close physical and electronic files, transcribe, maintain attorney schedules, run errands, record attorney time, answer telephones, greet clients and handle all other administrative duties as assigned. Only experienced candidates will be considered.
