Effective January 1, 2012, the law firm of Stock and Leader, LLP has been appointed as general counsel to the newly formed York County Economic Alliance (YCEA).
The York County Chamber of Commerce and the York County Economic Development Corporation (YCEDC) merged to form YCEA, creating a stronger voice for businesses and community organizations throughout the county and uniting the two organizations' efforts to expand York County's economy.
Stock and Leader will counsel YCEA on matters including: economic development, redevelopment and construction law projects, tax exempt financing, non-profit organization and governance, employment, and municipal and authority law and regulation.
