February 1, 2011 - The partners of Stock and Leader, LLP elected
Ronald L. Hershner as Managing Partner. Hershner succeeds
Michael W. King who held the position for twelve years and chose to step down from that position to devote more time to leadership of the firm’s substantial
Employment law practice. Mr. King remains a member of the firm’s Management Committee, while Mr. Hershner continues to chair Stock and Leader’s
Business Practice Group, concentrating on business transactions and finance, business succession planning, and commercial real estate acquisitions and financing. A partner at Stock and Leader since 2002, Hershner served as Managing Partner at his previous firm for eleven years and welcomes the task of directing Stock and Leader’s strategic goals and visions.
