The National Labor Relations Board has issued a final rule that requires employers to notify their employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The Act requires these notices to be posted by November 14, 2011, where other work place notices are typically posted, and also on the internet or intranet site if the employer customarily posts notices to employees there.
