Alexandra Chiaruttini is participating in the annual PBI Environmental Law forum. The 2-day conference gathers over 100 individuals to focus on the new and developing laws and regulations within the environmental practice area, specifically within litigation, water and Marcellus Shale.
Alex is presenting on the Chesapeake Bay, joined by two additional panelists: Douglas Brennan, Esq., Director of the Bureau of Regulatory Counsel, in the Pennsylvania Department of Environment Protection and Kelly Gable, Esq., Assistant Regional Counsel for the US Environmental Protection Agency, Region III.
