Mr. Spare is Chair of the firm's Education and School Law Group and represents school districts, municipalities and small businesses. He currently serves as solicitor for a number of school districts in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin and York counties and as special counsel for districts throughout Central Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Stock and Leader, Mr. Spare represented a host of clients, including school districts and municipalities, in the general practice of law with Snelbaker, Brenneman and Spare for 12 years.
