Mr. Fazzini practices in the areas of municipal law, land use, and both private and public sector employment. In his municipal practice, Mr. Fazzini regularly advises public officials on issues including open meeting laws, the Right-to-Know Law, zoning, and various subdivision and land development matters. Mr. Fazzini also counsels both private and public employers on a wide range of employment issues, particularly in the areas of personnel management, policy development and collective bargaining, as well as ensuring/maintaining employer compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage and Hours laws and Unemployment Compensation laws, among others.
Mr. Fazzini is a member of the firm’s Municipal and Employment Law groups. He focuses his practice in all areas of municipal law, zoning, and subdivision and land development, and further counsels both public and private employers on a wide array of employment issues.
Mr. Fazzini graduated summa cum laude from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit School of Law where he graduated in high distinction. While at Ohio Northern, he served as Managing Editor of the University’s Law Review, was the recipient of the American Law Institute/American Bar Association Scholarship and Leadership Award, and upon graduation, was inducted into the University’s highest academic honors society, the Willis Society.
