Mr. Brillhart focuses his practice in all areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and fiduciary litigation.

MacGregor routinely provides assistance with the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, general durable powers of attorney, living wills and trusts.  He also frequently appears before the York County Court of Common Pleas in matters relating to involuntary commitments, incapacity hearings, guardianships, name changes and adoptions.  In the area of elder law, MacGregor assists clients with the preparation of Medical Assistance applications and the utilization of various Medicaid Planning techniques.

Mr. Brillhart served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Uhler from August 2008 through the duration of 2009.
