Mr. Bright focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. He has litigated various breach of contract and real estate disputes in federal and state courts and is experienced in easement and boundary disputes; landlord-tenant issues; breaches of real estate agreements; federal and state civil procedure; and general commercial litigation.
PRACTICE: Mr. Bright focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. Jeffery has litigated various breach of contract and real estate disputes in federal and state courts and is experienced in easement and boundary disputes; landlord-tenant issues; breaches of real estate agreements; federal and state civil procedure; and general commercial litigation. He is an eight-time winner of the Witkin Award of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Mr. Bright was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. At Franklin and Marshall College, he was co-captain of the College's NCAA Division III Men's Basketball team that reached the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Bright was a teacher in Baltimore, Maryland on the subjects of world history, and law and politics.
