Mr. Chiaruttini is a member of the firm's Litigation and Business Practice groups. His practice involves a wide range of litigation, dispute related matters, and business and corporate counseling issues.  He has been successfully representing clients in the York and southcentral Pennsylvania region for over twelve years.

Mr. Chiaruttini has been selected in 2005-2008, 2010,and 2011 by his peers and Law and Politics magazine as a Pennsylvania Rising Star, which recognition is given to only 2.5% of all Pennsylvania attorneys considered in the selection process.  Jim also has the honor of a BV Distinguished peer review rating recorded by Martindale-Hubbell, and has further earned membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a prestigious national group limited to trial lawyers who have won a final verdict or settlement of a million dollars or more for their clients.
