Mr. Bair concentrates his practices in the areas of injury law, domestic law and litigation. He provides representation and counsel to individuals and their families in many injury related areas, such as auto and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, product liability, animal injuries, and injuries resulting from falls.
He also provides counsel in matters of divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, division of property, protection from abuse (PFA), grandparents' rights, and name changes.
Mr. Bair is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group and, in addition to injury and domestic law representation, he regularly handles general litigation matters for clients of the firm, as well.
