Mr. Pahowka is a member of the firm's School Law group, and concentrates his practice in all areas of public education, including special education, student discipline, and employee misconduct.

Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Pahowka was a middle school social studies teacher in the Gettysburg Area School District.
 
During law school, Mr. Pahowka was a legal assistant in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
