About Daniel P. McGannon

Mr. McGannon is a member of the firm’s Business and Employment, Municipal and School Law Groups focusing his practice in all areas of labor and employment law.

Prior to joining Stock and Leader, Mr. McGannon worked as the Administrator for the Delaware Office of Anti-Discrimination (OAD) where he oversaw the intake, investigation, mediation and resolution of employment discrimination charges arising under federal and state EEO statutes. During his tenure, Mr. McGannon investigated claims of racial and sexual harassment, failures to accommodate and disparate treatment arising under Title VII, as well as claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Equal Pay Act, and Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Additionally, as the head of OAD’s outreach program, he provided counsel and training to public and private employers, professional associations, and other constituent groups on emerging employment discrimination compliance issues.

Mr. McGannon received a B.A. from Shippensburg University in 2007 and in 2010, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar after earning his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School.
