Stock and Leader celebrated Leadership York’s Executive Director Carolyn Warman as she received the YCEA Business Achievement Award on May 10, 2016.
The Business Achievement Award is presented to an individual who has developed a successful enterprise, whose efforts have created jobs, products and opportunities, whose high moral and ethical values have set a standard of excellence in the marketplace and whose dynamic leadership has thrust Central Pennsylvania into economic prominence.
